Part 2 Phil.4:6 “Do not be anxious about anything…”
Why is worrying a sin?
It displays a lack of faith in the reality of God and in His ability to meet your needs. Rom.14:23″…everything that does not come from faith is sin.” Worry calls God a liar; it doubts His ability and it says” God is dead!

Then worrying brings disobedience to His command, “Do not be anxious about anything” and disobedience is a sin. Why should Christians not worry? There are several good reasons: 1) God knows what you have faced, are facing and will face Pro.15:3 “The eyes of the Lord are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good .” Ps.37:23,24 ; 2) God cares about what you face in life – Heb.4:15″
For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses…”
1Pet.5:7″ Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”
God has promised to take care of you. Phil.4:19″And my God will meet “ALL” your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.”Heb.13:5,6″ Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you ; never will I forsake you.” So we say with confidence. The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid, What can man do to me?
